Kero Kero Cowboy Demo v1.3

KKC v1.3 features some design tweaks and bug fixes!

• Rebalanced spit & bullet attacks to differentiate their use cases more (spit attack range decrease, bullet travel speed increase)
• Holding up at the top of ladders now detaches players from ladders
• Added custom fonts for instructional button inputs for better readability
• World 1 boss now properly randomly cycles through his attacks
• Various level design tweaks
