Kero Kero Cowboy is a Game Boy Color game and can be played on any Game Boy Color compatible hardware, such as Analogue Pocket, ModRetro Chromatic, or an emulator of your choice! (personally I prefer Same Boy, which is a free software available here: https://sameboy.github.io/)

After Beating the Demo I truly believed this game is quite a masterpiece I love how you used the wine up boot from "Super Mario Bros 3" a very good mechanic along with the infinite gun shooter (I call it that for now) is a very nice concept. The Boss of the last level Rollin Rick has a extremely good dialouge with his Texan Accent also I like how you are able to use a checkpoint that both replenishes your health and gives you bullets on top of that I love how you can find gold Coins I will stick with my gut once more a wonderful 10/10
(Editors note I don't really know how to you revolver out though. If you make a Sequel can you make a Gameboy Advance style for Kero Kero Cowboy 2)
To the person who made this your a frickin genius to make a game like this as a 11 year old I greatly give this Nintendo seal of Approval we need a real game like this the platforming with a little inspiration Kirby is really fitting with a frog Cowboy an easy 10/10

This is really fun and well polished. The music is fitting. The backgrounds and sprites look great and have good color choices. It’s so cute that the frog holds their hat when jumping. The game has a good Kirby, Mega Man, Castlevania feel. The gameplay is fun and challenging. Keep up the great work.

Awesome game I can’t wait for the full release! Worked great on my analogue pocket but I couldn’t get the rom to work on my everdrive gb x7, this has happened with some GB studio games for me in the past. Do you know why or how to resolve it?
Thanks! Also that's super weird, I have an Everdrive GB X7 too & it works great with it along with every other GB Studio game I've tried with it so far 🤔 Maybe it needs a driver update?
I really enjoyed this game! The mechanics (boot/revolver) are super intuitive and give the player a chance to figure it out before explained. I thought the campfire mechanic was cool too. Top it all off with the art style, and I am excited to see the full version of this game!

I can't really explain why but I've been playing 1-1 to clear it as fast as possible for about 5 hours for the past 5 days I think. For some reason I'm hooked to speed running a gb game's demo, send help please.
